## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2018, AT APPROXIMATELY 1445 CST, A CESSNA 170B, N2303D, LOST CONTROL AFTER LANDING ON RUNWAY 19R AT RICHARD LLOYD JONES JR AIRPORT TULSA, OK. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME. UPON TOUCH DOWN, THE PILOT REPORTED A CROSSWIND LIFTED THE AIRCRAFT LEFT WING CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO SKID OFF THE RUNWAY INTO THE GRASS. WHEN THE AIRCRAFT RIGHT TIRE ENTERED THE GRASS, THE RIGHT WING STRUCK THE GRASS WHICH CAUSED THE AIRCRAFT TO FLIP OVER COMING TO REST ON ITS TOP. AS A RESULT, MINOR DAMAGE WAS SUSTAINED TO VARIOUS PARTS OF THE AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE TO INCLUDE THE PROPELLER BUT THE LEFT WING DID SUSTAIN SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE. THE PILOT AND ONE PASSENGER WERE ON BOARD AT THE TIME AND NEITHER SUSTAINED ANY INJURIES.
