## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON SEPTEMBER 4, 2018, A BEECHCRAFT A36 N741ES S/N E-1915 CRUISING AT 11,000 FT. LOST ENGINE OIL PRESSURE FOLLOWED BY ENGINE FAILURE. PILOT ATTEMPTED TO DEVIATE TO LITTLE ROCK (KLIT) HOWEVER THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH ALTITUDE TO MAKE IT. PILOT EXECUTED A FORCED LANDING APPROXIMATELY 4 MILES NORTHEAST OF CARLISLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT INTO BEAN FIELD WITH NO INJURIES SUSTAINED AND MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
