## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT WAS CLEARED FOR TAKE OFF ON RUNWAY 33 AT TAXIWAY L. PRE TAKE OFF CHECKS WERE COMPLETED AND THE PILOTS PROCEDED DOWN THE RUNWAY. WHILE STILL GOING DOWN THE RUNWAY AT BETWEEN 80-100KTS BOTH PILOTS HEARD A LOUD BANG AND FELT A SHUDDER. THE PILOTS ALSO FELT THE AIRCRAFT SINK SLIGHTLY TO THE RIGHT. IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THIS EVENT THE PIC ABORTED THE TAKEOFF AND BEGAN TO SLOW THE AIRCRAFT DOWN WITH REVERSE THRUST AND THE LEFT MAIN BRAKE. THE PIC WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL AND THE AIRCRAFT STOPPED ON RUNWAY 33 JUST PAST TAXIWAY T.

THE AIRCRAFT WAS THEN SHUTDOWN AND THE FLIGHT PLUS MED CREW BEGAN TO EXIT THE AIRCRAFT. ONCE OUTSIDE THE AIRCRAFT THE PILOTS INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT FOR DAMAGE, FUEL LEAKS, AND FIRE. IT APPEARED THAT ONLY THE TWO RIGHT MAIN TIRES WHERE FLAT AND PARTIALLY MISSING, THE LANDING GEAR DOOR SLIGHTLY DAMAGED FROM THE RUNWAY, AND THE LOWER END OF THE RIGHT WING FLAP SLIGHTLY DAMAGED FROM THE RUNWAY.

THE PILOTS CALLED MX AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED BACK TO THE HANGAR FOR SERVICE AND FURTHER INSPECTION. THE TOWER WAS MADE AWARE OF ALL ACTIONS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
