## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT WAS INSTRUCTED TO TAXI TO RUNWAY 18 AT BRAVO 3 VIA ALPHA, BRAVO 4, BRAVO, HOLD SHORT OF BRAVO3 .

STATEMENT PROVIDED BY PILOT:

I WAS ROLLING AT JUST A COUPLE OF MILES AN HOUR, ACTUALLY ABOUT TO STOP SHORT OF B3 WHERE I WAS GOING TO DO MY RUN UP AND INTERSECTION DEPARTURE. WHEN THE CONTOLLER SCREAMED IN MY HEADSET AND STARTLED ME, CAUSING ME TO HIT THE HEEL BRAKES TOO HARD AND IT GENTLY WENT UP ON IT?S NOSE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
