## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT WAS LANDING AT BONHAM JONES FIELD (F00). ON FINAL THE PILOT PUT THE GEAR SELECTOR IN THE DOWN POSITION AND MADE AN UNEVENTFUL APPROACH. THE PILOT NEVER VERIFIED THAT THE GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCK BY THE GREEN LIGHT INDICATION. ONLY VERIFYING THAT THE SELECTOR WAS IN THE DOWN POSITION.

THE PILOT NEVER NEW THAT THERE WAS A GEAR FAILURE AND NEVER RAN THE EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION CHECKLIST.

ONCE THE AIRPLANE WAS LIFTED, THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS PUSHED BACK IN AND THE GEAR CAME DOWN. THE GEAR WAS CYCLED NO MECHANICAL ISSUES WERE NOTED AT THE TIME.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
