## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT DID NOT BEGIN TAKE-OFF WITH APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF RUNWAY AHEAD OF AIRCRAFT. PILOT COULD NOT ROTATE OR PERFORM A SUCCESSFUL ABORTED TAKE-OFF WHICH THEN RESULTED IN THE AIRCRAFT RUNNING OFF THE END OF RUNWAY, THROUGH TWO DRAINAGE DITCHES, A WIRE FENCE AND COMING TO REST IN AN AGRICULTURAL FIELD.

Probable cause: The pilot’s failure to identify that he was not utilizing the full runway for takeoff, and his delayed decision to abort the takeoff, which resulted in a runway overrun.

## Other reports on N24BA (1)
