## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIR WISCONSIN FLIGHT 3922 HAD LANDED ON 1R AND WAS TAXIING ON TAXIWAY KILO TO THE GATE. THEY STOPPED DUE TO OPPOSITE BOUND TRAFFIC ( BOEING 777) ON PARALLEL, INTERSECTING TAXIWAY JULIET. AFTER RECEIVING CLEARANCE FROM GROUND, THEY RESUMED THEIR TAXI ON KILO TO TAXIWAY CHARLIE AND STARTED TO CROSS A SERVICE ROAD AT THE MIDFIELD TERMINAL RAMP, WHEN A GATE GOURMET CATERING TRUCK ON THE SERVICE ROAD FAILED TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY. THIS TRUCK ( TRAVELING LEFT TO RIGHT AS VIEWED FROM THE AIRCRAFT) STRUCK THE RADOME OF THE AIRCRAFT AND THEN TRAVELED ABOUT 200 FEET BEFORE COMING TO A STOP ON THE RAMP.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
