ON 10/05/2018, THE PILOT LANDED RUNWAY 01 AT CARBON COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT/BUCK DAVIS FIELD (KPUC), IN PRICE, UTAH.  AIRCRAFT WAS CONFIGURED FOR LANDING. UPON ROLLOUT THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED FOLLOWED BY THE LEFT MAIN AND NOSE GEAR.  AIRCRAFT SLID TO A STOP (VIDEO FOOTAGE CONFIRMS SERIES OF EVENTS LISTED ABOVE). PILOT SHUTDOWN AIRCRAFT AND EVACUATED.  NO INJURIES REPORTED.
