## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER TAKE OFF THE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. TROUBLE SHOOTING PROVIDED THAT GEAR ALSO WOULD NOT LOCK DOWN.

PRIOR TO LANDING AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. ON APPROACH THE NOSE GEAR EXTENED AND LOCKED. THIS ALLOWED THE AIRCRAFT TO LAND ON THE NOSE GEAR AND THE MAIN GEAR DOORS. UPON INSPECTION THE DAMAGE APPEARS LIMITED TO LEFT WING'S PITOT TUBE & MOUNT, LEFT FLAP TRAILING EDGE, BOTTOM OF RUDDER, AND MAIN GEAR DOORS. ALL CONSIDED MINOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
