## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 20 OCTOBER 2018, N451PA WAS OPERATING AS PAC243 A FLIGHT BETWEEN ANC AND CVG. THERE WERE THREE (3) CREWMEMBERS ON BOARD AND TWO (2) DEADHEADING CREWMEMBERS. THERE WERE NO REPORTED INJURIES TO ANY OF THE CREWMEMBERS.

THE FLIGHT EXECUTED A GO-AROUND ON THE FIRST LANDING ATTEMPT. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED ON THE SECOND ATTEMPT BUT THE PILOT WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN DIRECTIONAL CONTROL, RESULTING IN THE AIRCRAFT COMING TO REST OFF THE PAVED SURFACE OF RUNWAY 27. AFTER LANDING, MAINTENANCE DID AN EVALUATION, THE AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED BACK TO THE RAMP.

SEVERAL TIRES WERE REPLACED ON THE AIRCRAFT AND INSPECTIONS DONE ON THE LANDING GEAR, BRAKE ASSEMBLIES AND THE #3 ENGINE AFTER FOD WAS DISCOVERED IN THE INLET.

THE ROOT CAUSE WAS THE INADVERTENT THRUST APPLICATION ON ENGINES 1, 2, AND 3 BELOW VMCG. THE CMT IS WILLING TO ACCEPT THE CORRECTIVE ACTION AS PROPOSED BY THE ERC AFTER ASAP ACCEPTANCE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
