## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE PILOT JUST RECIEVED THE AIRCRAFT AFTER IT'S ANNUAL INSPECTION. HE DECIDED TO DO SOME PATTERN WORK WITH A PASSENGER WHO IS A CFI, BUT NOT ACTING IN ANY CAPACITY. THEY WERE FLYING LEFT CLOSED TRAFFIC FOR RUNWAY 34 AT THE MINDEN TAHOE AIRPORT. GLIDER OPERATIONS WERE BEING CONDUCTED, AND ONE OF THE GLIDER PILOTS ASKED IF THEY COULD LAND SHORT OF RUNWAY 30. HE STATED HE COULD HOLD SHORT. NO BEFORE LANDING CHECKLIST OR FLOW WAS REFERRED TO AFTER SPEAKING TO THE GLIDER PILOT. THE PASSENGER REALIZED THE GEAR WAS NOT DOWN, BUT IT WAS TOO LATE TO GO AROUND. THE PROPELLER MADE CONTACT WITH THE GROUND, FOLLOWED BY THE FUSELAGE. THE AIRCRAFT REMAINED ON THE CENTER LINE AND CAME TO A STOP AFTER ABOUT 300 FEET. DAMAGE WAS MINIMUL TO THE BELLY OF THE AIRCRAFT. MOST OF THE DAMAAGE WAS CONTAINED TO THE PROPELLER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
