## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 11/16/2018 AT FORT SMITH REGIONAL AIRPORT (FSM) AT APPROXIMATELY 1623 HOUR A PIPER PA-24-250, SERIAL NUMBER 24-141 REGISTERED AS N5128P WAS ATTEMPTING A TOUCH AND GO LANDING. PILOT FAILED TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR, RESULTING IN A GEAR UP LANDING. INTERVIEWED PILOT ON 11/20/2018 AT FORT SMITH REGIONAL AIRPORT (FSM) AND PILOT STATED THAT HE FORGET TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR. INSPECTED N5128P, AND FOUND MINOR DAMAGE TO BELLY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
