## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

N412ER WAS CLEARED TO TAXI TO RUNWAY 25R VIA TAXIWAY E, N AND CLEAR TO CROSS 16 AT N. DELTA MD88 WAS AT 25R AT W. AFTER N412ER CROSSED RUNWAY 16 AT N, DELTA MD88 INTRODUCED TAKEOOF POWER. AT THAT TIME N412ER RECEIVED THE JETBLAST AND BECAME AIRBORNE FOR 2-3 SECONDS. DAMAGING THE PROPELLER UPON RETURNING TO THE GROUND.

(N412ER HAD NO OTHER STRUCTURAL DAMAGE AND THE ENGINE PASSED THE IRAN TEST).

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
