## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE AIRCRAFT DEPARTED FROM GILLESPI FIELD AIRPORT IN EL CAJON, CA IN ROUTE TO LAKE HAVASU AIRPORT IN HAVASU CA. WHEN EXTENDING THE LANDING GEAR DURING APPROACH TO THE LAKE HAVASU AIRPORT, THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND. PILOT REQUESTED AND RECEIVED CLEARANCE TO THE CHINO AIRPORT IN CHINO, CA. AT CHINO HE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, SHUTDOWN THE RIGHT ENGINE AND LANDED THE AIRCRAFT WITH THE RIGHT GEAR RETRACTED. NO INJURIES AND ONLY MINOR DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WAS REPORTED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
