THIS INSPECTOR WAS ASSIGNED THIS ACCIDENT ON 05/26/2020, SEVERAL YEARS AFTER THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED. AS SUCH, BLOCK 35 REFLECTS FAA PARTICIPATION AS NOT ON SCENE. HOWEVER, THE INITIAL IIC TOOK 6 HOURS OF TRAVEL TIME TO AND FROM THE SCENE.

THE DATE OF THIS ACCIDENT ACCORDING TO THE -9 WAS 12/18/2017. HOWEVER, THE ATQA AUTOMATION WILL NOT ALLOW THE YEAR TO BE CORRECTED FROM 2018 TO 2017. SINCE THAT DATE CANNOT BE CORRECTED, THE PROPER DATES FOR BLOCKS 36 AND 37 ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE, THE ONLY WAY THE AUTOMATION WILL ALLOW A SAVE IS TO MAKE THE DATE ENTRY OF 12/18/2018.

## NTSB investigation

None matched to this report by aircraft and date. Search the NTSB's own records: https://data.ntsb.gov/carol-main-public/basic-search

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
