DESCRIPTION:  UAS WAS OBSERVED BY AN IFR AIRCRAFT OPERATING AT 6000 FEET.  REPORTING AIRCRAFT WAS WESTBOUND IN THE VICINITY OF KISSIMMEE AIRPORT (KISM).  PILOT REPORTED SEEING A RED AND BLUE DRONE APPROXIMATELY 800 FEET BELOW THEM MOVING EASTBOUND.  NO EVASIVE ACTION WAS REQUIRED.

CAUSAL OR CONTRIBUTING FACTORS:  UNKONWN

ACTIONS TAKEN:  OSCEOLA COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE AVIATION BRANCH NOTIFIED.  SHERIFFS OFFICE LAUNCHED AN AIRCRAFT TO SEARCH FOR THE UAS, AND GROUND SEARCH FOR THE OPERATOR.  NOTHING DISCOVERED.
