AT (PIE) A/C N659A, PA28, LANDED ON RUNWAY 4 AND VEERED INTO GRASS. A/C TAXIED TO RAMP POB: 1, NO INJURIES, NO DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT. LH MLG TIRE HAD BALD SPOT AND WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED AFTER INCIDENT.
