WHILE ON DEPARTURE, N117CX EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF POWER AFTER GEAR RETRACTION AND HE MADE A LANDING ON THE BELLY OF THE AIRCRAFT WHICH RESULTED IN ONLY SKIN DAMAGE TO THE HULL.
