PILOT ADVISED ON TAKE-OFF, HE FELT A SHUTTER FROM FRONT OF AIRCRAFT AND AIRCRAFT DIPPED SHARPLY THUS CAUSING THE PROP TO STRIKE THE RUNWAY AND LANDING GEARS COLLAPSED.
