## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB CEN19FA095](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/CEN19FA095), Mar 10, 2019: Bell 407 (N577AL), Galliano, LA, destroyed, 2 fatal. Probable cause: The pilot's loss of control during cruise flight as a result of spatial disorientation while operating the helicopter in close proximity to terrain in marginal meteorological conditions.
