ON MARCH 16, 2019 A SINGLE FATAL PARACHUTE INCIDENT INVOLVING A 55 YEAR OLD MALE OCCURRED DURING SKYDIVING AT THE PERRIS AIRPORT LOCATED IN PERRIS CA. THE INCIDENT OCCURRED AFTER CUTAWAY OF THE MAIN PARACHUTE DURING THE EMERGENCY PARACHUTE DEPLOYMENT PHASE OF THE JUMP.
