## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON MARCH 18, 2019 N420DW, PILATUS PC-12/45 S/N 404 OPERATING FROM MILLARD AIRPORT IN OMAHA NEBRASKA, BEGAN THE TAKEOFF ROLL FROM RUNWAY 12 AT APPROXIMATELY 1354 LOCAL TIME. THE PRIVATE PILOT REJECTED THE TAKEOFF, AND THE AIRCRAFT CAME TO REST 154 FEET BEYOND THE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY IN THE GRASS SAFETY AREA. NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOTED ASIDE FROM MUD ACCUMULATION ON THE LANDING GEAR AND TIRES. ALL FOUR PASSENGERS AND ONE PILOT REPORTED NO INJURIES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
