## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS PRACTICING LANDINGS IN PREPARATION FOR CHECK RIDE, MADE SEVERAL TOUCH AND GO LANDINGS AND FINALLY REQUESTED A FULL STOP LANDING. THE PILOT RECALLED SEEING AMBER GEAR UP LIGHT GO OUT AS GEAR PUT DOWN. THE LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED ON LANDING. PROP STRIKE AS AIRCRAFT SETTLED TO RUNWAY WHILE ENGINE RUNNING. THE LANDING GEAR WAS DOWN BUT NOT LOCKED. DURING TROUBLESHOOTING IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS TRIPPED FOR THE GEAR MOTOR. THE PILOT OVELOOKED HIS CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPING WHILE ON LANDING.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
