As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AIRCRAFT WAS LANDING RUNWAY 21 AND SLOWED APPROACH SPEED TO ALLOW ANOTHER AIRCRAFT TO CLEAR RUNWAY. THEN DUE TO THE REDUCED SPEED, THE AIRCRAFT TOUCHED DOWN THEN REBOUNDED BACK INTO THE AIR. THE PILOT THEN ATTEMPTED A GO AROUND, WHICH DUE TO THE DIMISHED CONTROL EFFECTIVENESS, THE AIRCRAFT VEERED LEFT DEPARTING THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND CAME TO REST INVERTED IN A DITCH WHICH RAN PARALLEL TO RUNWAY 21.
