## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB GAA19CA331](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/GAA19CA331), Jun 7, 2019: Cessna 150 (N704HS), Lee's Summit, MO, substantial damage. Probable cause: The student pilot’s exceedance of the airplane's critical angle of attack during takeoff, which resulted in an aerodynamic stall.

## Other reports on N704HS (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Accident 19790217003099A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19790217003099A), Feb 17, 1979: Cessna 150M (N704HS), Gates Mills, OH, Substantial damage. Forced landing due to engine power loss. Cause unknown. Flipped over in deep snow.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
