VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME. DURING FAA ONSITE INVESTIGATION, THE AIRMAN STATED THERE WERE NO MECHANICAL ISSUES WITH THE AIRCRAFT. HE ALSO STATED THAT IT WAS HIGH DENSITY ALTITUDE AND AN OVERLOADED AIRCRAFT WHICH CAUSED POOR TAKEOFF PERFORMANCE. HE ADMITTED TO NOT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE HIGH DENSITY ALTITUDE ALONG WITH ATTEMPTING TO FLY ABOVE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE GROSS WEIGHT.
