## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING CRUISE, THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF A CYLINDER. THE PILOT CONTACTED TYNDALL AFB APPROACH, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND ATTEMPTED TO LAND AT CALHOUN COUNTY,FL ( F95) AIRPORT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS UNABLE TO SAFELY REACH THE AIRFIELD. THE PILOT ELECTED TO PERFORM A GEAR-UP, OFF-AIRPORT LANDING IN A REMOTE AGRICULTURAL FIELD, APPROXIMATELY 1 MILE SSW OF F95. AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE #2 CYLINDER HAD FAILED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
