## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

WHEN COMING TO LAND AT NORTH MYRTLE BEACH (KCRE) THE PILOT WENT TO PUT THE LANDING GEAR DOWN AND THE REAR GEAR WENT DOWN AND THE NOSE GEAR DID NOT EXTEND. THE PILOT CIRCLED AROUND THE AIRPORT AND CYCLED THE GEAR AND THE NOSE GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND. THE PILOT THEN PRECEDED TO CONDUCT THE EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION CHECK AND THE NOSE GEAR CONTINUED TO FAIL. AFTER EXHAUSTING ALL POSSIBLE OPTIONS THE PILOT HAD TO LAND THE AIRCRAFT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
