AIRCRAFT WAS CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF AND DEPARTED RUNWAY 10. AIRCRAFT LOST POWER 3/4 DOWN RUNWAY AND LANDED IN GRASS AT END OF RUNWAY. AIRCRAFT GEAR COLLAPSED CAUSING DAMAGE TO GEAR AND PROPELLER.
