## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JANUARY 15, 2020 AT APPROXIMATELY 1030 LOCAL TIME, THE PA-31-350 WAS INVOLVE IN A DUAL PROPELLER STRIKE UPON ATTEMPTING TO LAND AT GRO (ROTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT) AFTER A 14 CFR PART 135 CARGO FLIGHT. DURING LANDING, THE PILOT DID NOT REALIZE THAT THE LANDING GEAR WAS NOT EXTENDED AND THE PROPELLER TIPS, INBOARD FLAP TRAILING EDGES AND ANTENNA STRUCK THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT INITIATED A ?GO-AROUND? RESULTING IN A SUCCESSFUL GEAR-DOWN LANDING. THERE WERE NO INJURIES INVOLVED WITH THIS INCIDENT AND THE AIRCRAFT DAMAGE IS CONSIDERED MINOR.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
