## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JANUARY 22, 2020 AT APPROXIMATELY 1650 LOCAL TIME, AIRCRAFT N1591K , A LUSCOMBE 8A, WAS TAXIING ON TAXIWAY ALPHA WHEN THE RIGHT MAIN TIRE CAME OFF THE PAVEMENT AND WENT INTO THE GRAVEL. THEN THE AIRCRAFT PROCEEDED TO COME IN CONTACT WITH A RUNWAY SIGN/LIGHT. THEN THE AIRCRAFT TIPPED OVER ON THE NOSE OF THE AIRCRAFT. LANDING ON THE PROPELLER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
