## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATED PRIOR TO A PLANED FUEL STOP IN ELKO NV HE PLACED THE LANDING GEAR SELECTOR IN THE DOWN POSITION BUT ONLY RECIEVED 2 GREEN LIGHTS. HE RECYCLED THE GEAR SELECTOR WITH THE SAME RESULT. HE THEN MANUALLY LOWERED THE GEAR AND DID A FLY BY OF THE AIRPORT. GROUND PERSONNAL REPORTED THE GEAR APPEARED TO BE DOWN. UPON TOUCHDOWN THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED CAUSING MINOR DAMAGE TO THE FUSLAGE AND THE PROPELLOR CONTACTED THE GROUND.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
