## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON FEBRUARY 9, 2020 AT 1706 EST, A CESSNA 182P, N84365, REGISTERED TO ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WAS BLOWN OFF THE RUNWAY AND INTO THE GRASSY AREA BETWEEN RUNWAY 14 AND TAXIWAY CHARLIE AFTER LANDING RUNWAY 14 AT SARASOTA-BRADENTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SRQ), FL, WHILE ON A PERSONAL FLIGHT. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT. THE PILOT AND HIS PASSENGER WERE UNINJURED. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED FROM TALLAHASSEE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (TLH), FLORIDA, EARLIER THAT DAY.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
