## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE SIC WAS AT THE CONTROLS AND LINED AIRCRAFT UP FOR DEPARTURE ON RUNWAY EDGE LIGHTS AND NOT THE RUNWAY CENTER LIGHTS. ON DEPARTURE ROLL THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK SIX RUNWAY EDGE LIGHTS AND TWO TAXIWAY LIGHTS. DAMAGE WAS CAUSED TO NOSE GEAR TIRE, NUMBER 1 MLG TIRE, LEFT MLG DOOR, AND SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE RESULTED TO THE RIGHT WING LEADING EDGE FROM RUNWAY LIGHTS AND DEBRIS. FOREIGN OBJECT DAMAGE TO NUMBER 1 ENGINE RESULTED FROM INGESTION OF RELATED DEBRIS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
