## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING TAXI THE PILOT STATED THE BRAKES FELT MUSHY AND UNRESPONSIVE. UPON ATTEMPTING TO TURN AROUND TO TAXI BACK TO THE RAMP AREA AIRCRAFT FAILED TO STOP OR SLOW DOWN AND STRUCK A GUARD RAIL. DAMAGE WAS LIMITED TO THE PROPELLER AND COWLING. THE PILOT REALIZED THAT HE HAD HIS FEET POSITIONED IMPROPERLY ON THE COMBINATION RUDDER/ TOE BRAKES OF THE AIRCRAFT WHICH IS WHAT CAUSED THE MUSHY AND UNRESPONSIVE BRAKES. NO INJURIES WERE REPORTED.

Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
