## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

PILOT STATED HE WAS ENROUTE (82J) TO (06A) WHEN ON APPROACH TO (06A) THE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT DEPLOY. AIRCRAFT DID SEVERAL LOW APPROACHES WITH OBSERVERS ON THE GROUND CONFIRMING THE LANDING GEAR WAS NOT EXTENDED. PILOT STATED HE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO EXTEND THE GEAR IN NORMAL AND EMERGENCY MODES. PILOT RETURNED TO (82J) AND LANDED ON A GRASS STRIP WITH THE GEAR UP LITTLE DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT AND NO INJURIES. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL WERE ABLE TO EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR BUT COULD NOT DETERMINE WHY THE GEAR WOULD NOT EXTEND IN THE NORMAL MODE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
