## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AN AIRCRAFT (N572JA) REPORTED FOD ON RUNWAY 33. AIRPORT MAINTENANCE CHECKED THE RUNWAY AND ADVISED THERE WAS GLASS ON THE RUNWAY AND THAT 2 THRESHOLD LIGHTS WERE DOWN. AIRPORT SWEPT THE GLASS OFF THE RUNWAY. RUNWAY 33 WAS CLOSED AND TRAFFIC WAS MOVED TO RUNWAY 27, NO OTHER EFFECT ON AIR TRAFFIC. AIRCRAFT WAS OBSERVED ON THE RAMP WITH DAMAGE TO REAR WHEEL PANTS. AIRPORT INTERVIEWED THE PILOT WHO ADMITTED TO HITTING THE LIGHT AND THAT THE ONLY DAMAGE TO HIS PLANE WAS THE WHEEL PANTS.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
