## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON 3-20-2020, AT APPROXIMATELY 17:30 LOCAL TIME, WHILE ENTERING A HOLD AT 3000 MSL TO MAMBO INTERSECTION (20MILES WEST OF KSFB) CONN 458, N481DA, A 2007 CIRRUS SR-20, S/N 1823 WAS IMPACTED BY AN UNKNOWN BIRD TYPE AT THE RIGHT WING LEADING ABOUT 8? FROM THE ROOT. THE WING LEADING EDGE SKIN APPEARED UNDAMAGED, HOWEVER IT EXHIBITED A DIS-BOND CONDITION AT THE IMPACT AREA WHEN TESTED BY MAINTENANCE PERSONAL. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE ORLANDO SANFORD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (KSFB) AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
