HELICOPTER LANDED ON A HELICOPTER PAD, ENGINE WAS SHUT-OFF AND BLADES SLIGHTLY ROTATING WHEN A GUST WING CAME AND ONE BLADE HIT THE TAIL BOOM. PILOT STOPPED THE ROTATION OF ROTOR BY HAND TO PREVENT THE OTHER BLADES HITTING THE TAIL BOOM.
