## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

DURING TAKEOFF AND CLIMB, PILOT STATED THAT THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT CLIMBING OR MAKING ENOUGH POWER TO CLEAR POWER LINES OFF THE END OF THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT MADE A LEFT TURN, AND FELT THEY WERE FAR ENOUGH OFF THE GROUND BUT ENDED UP HITTING A SMALL RISE IN THE GROUND. THE PILOT MANAGED TO GET THE AIRCRAFT ON THE GROUND, BUT STARTED SLIDING, BEFORE THEY CAME TO A STOP, THE RIGHT TIRE FELL OFF THE RIM, CAUSING THE AIRCRAFT TO FLIP UPSIDE DOWN. THE PILOT STATED THAT THERE WAS A NORMAL RUN-UP, AND HAD BEEN FLYING THE AIRCRAFT THE PREVIOUS DAY WITH SEVERAL LANDING AND TAKEOFFS, AND HAD NO ISSUES UP TO THIS POINT.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)
