## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE WIND METAR WAS REPORTED AS 220 DEGREES AT 13 GUSTING 16KT. AIRCRAFT ON LANDING ON RUNWAY 24 WENT OF RUNWAYS LEFT SIDE HITTING A LANDING LIGHT AND COMING TO A STOP ON THE AIRCRAFT SPINNER WITH THE AIRCRAFT TAIL IN THE AIR. NO INJURIES REPORTED. PILOT REPORT HE DID NOT REACT IN TIME TO THE WIND GUST AT LANDING AND BRAKED TOO HARD AFTER HITTING RUNWAY LIGHT WHICH RAISED THE TAIL STOPPING THE AIRCRAFT ON THE PROPELLER SPINNER WITH TAIL IN THE AIR. THERE WAS MINIMAL DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT ON THE LEFT WING AND THE SPINNER. AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM THE RUNWAY AND TOWED TO HANGER.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
