## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

EXTEND THE LANDING GEAR USING THE NORMAL METHOD AROUND 135 MPH. NEVER RECEIVED A GREEN LIGHT ( THIS AIRCRAFT ONLY HAS ONE GREEN LIGHT AND WILL ONLY ILLUMINATE WHEN ALL 3 LANDING GEARS ARE IN THE DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION) NOTICED THE NOSE GEAR HANGING LOOSELY IN A 45 DEGREE ANGLE. ATTEMPTED MANUAL CRANK TO ECTEND GEAR UNSUCCEFULLY. DECLARED EMERGENCY. PEFORMED LOW APPROACH FOR GROUND PERSONELL TO WITNESS GEAR POSITION. NOT ABLE TO VERIFY GEAR POSITION FROM GROUND DUE TO LOW LIGHT CONDITIONS. LANDED WITH NOSE GEAR COLLAPSING UPON CONTACT WITH GROUND DURING ROLLOUT. AIRCRAFT CAN TO FULL STOP AND SECURED.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
