## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON MAY 13, 2020 PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ WHO WAS THE ONLY SOUL ONBOARD WAS FLYING N2903T IN VMC CONDITIONS. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ STATES THAT HE WAS OUT FAMILIARIZING HIMSELF WITH THE GPS FUNCTIONS FOR UPCOMING INSTRUMENT TRAINING FOR HIS IFR RATING. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ STATES THAT HE WENT THROUGH HIS "GUMP" CHECK AT THE FAF, HOWEVER HE MUST HAVE NOT HAVE ACTUALLY LOWERED THE GEAR. AS ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ MANEUVERED THE A/C INTO THE FLAIR HE STATES THAT THE HORN WENT OFF (THOUGHT IT WAS THE STALL HORN) THEN IT STARTED SLIDING ON RUNWAY. "EVERYTHING HAPPENED WITHIN A SECOND". AIRCRAFT TOUCHDOWN AND SLID APPROX. 250-300 FEET. APPARENT DAMAGE WAS TO PROP, PITOT TUBE, AND UNDERSIDE WHICH AT THE TIME WAS NOT VIEWABLE.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
