## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON JUNE 5, 2020, AT APPROXIMATELY 1115 AM, A PA28R AIRCRAFT BEARING REGISTRATION NUMBER N3766T, REGISTERED TO ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, DEPARTED THE RUNWAY AND STRUCK A VISUAL APPROACH SLOPE INDICATOR (VASI) BOX AFTER LANDING AT GUYMON, OKLAHOMA (GUY). THE AIRCRAFT WAS BEING OPERATED ON A PERSONAL FLIGHT. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME, AND NO FLIGHT PLAN WAS FILED. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGE, AND THE PILOT AND ONE PASSENGER SUSTAINED NO INJURIES. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED FROM PONCA CITY, OKLAHOMA ON JUNE 5, 2020 AT APPROXIMATELY 1000 AM.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
