## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

- [NTSB WPR20LA180](https://openairdocs.org/ntsb/WPR20LA180), Jun 12, 2020: Bellanca 7KCAB (N36339), Renton, WA, substantial damage. Probable cause: Maintenance personnel’s inadequate post-maintenance inspections that resulted in the total loss of engine power due to a blockage in the air intake.

## Other reports on N36339 (1)

Matched to the same aircraft by N-number and date.

- [Accident 19870111049109A](https://openairdocs.org/incident/19870111049109A), Jan 11, 1987: Bbavia 7KCAB (N36339), Bremerton, WA, Substantial damage. The aircraft landed hard and veered off the runway. The pilot stalled the plane about 30 feet down the runway.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
