## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

ON SHORT FINAL FOR RUNWAY 20 THE PIC OBSERVED THE LANDING GEAR "DOWN AND LOCKED" LIGHT FLICKER BRIEFLY AND THEN REMAIN LIT. AFTER VERIFYING THAT THE MECHANICAL DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATOR SHOWED THE LANDING GEAR IN THE DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION, THE PIC CONTINUED WITH THE LANDING. SHORTLY AFTER TOUCH DOWN, THE AIRCRAFT SETTLED TO THE LEFT, WITH THE LEFT LANDING GEAR COLLAPSING INTO THE WHEEL WELL, PULLING THE AIRCRAFT OFF OF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT SUSTAINED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE LEFT WING.

## The NTSB's investigation of this event (1)

From the NTSB's public API. Aircraft are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported serial number, make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.
