## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

AFTER LANDING AT CULPEPER AIRPORT (CJR), DURING ROLE OUT N8103C STARTED TO DRIFT TO THE LEFT OF RUNWAY CENTER LINE, AND A GROUND LOOP WAS INDUCED. PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ AND AN INSTRUCTOR WERE ON BOARD.

AS THE AIRCRAFT WENT INTO THE GRASS BOTH PILOT AND INSTRUCTOR WERE UNABLE TO CORRECT THE AIRCRAFTS PATH AND THE AIRCRAFT CAME BACK ONTO THE RUNWAY WHEN THE LEFT MAIN GEAR ASSEMBLE WAS RIPPED OFF AND THE LEFT WING HIT THE GROUND.

NO ONE WAS INJURED. AIRCRAFT WAS DAMAGED, LEFT WING REAR SPAR APPEARS TO BE BROKEN IN THREE PLACES, LEFT GEAR WAS RIPPED FROM THE FUSALAGE STEEL TUBES, AND PROP WAS DAMAGES. ENGINES WAS RUNNING WHEN THE PROP STRUCK THE GROUND. INSTRCTOR TOLD ME HE COULD NOT GET THE ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ PILOT TO GIVE CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT. THIS IS ALSO IN HIS STATEMENT.
