## Narrative

As the FAA filed it, in capitals; the FAA replaces private details with ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^.

THE CREW REPORTED THAT WHILE ON RNAV GPS RNWY 31 APPROACH, RAIN WAS PASSING OVER THE FIELD WHILE WE WERE ESTABLISHED. NO WIND SHEAR OR ANOMALIES WERE PRESENT DURING THE APPROACH. WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE ABOVE PUBLISHED MINIMUMS.

THE CREW HAD THE RUNWAY IN SIGHT AND CONTINUED. DURING FLARE AND UPON TOUCHDOWN FORWARD VISIBILITY REFERENCE WAS LOST DUE TO WATER ACCUMULATION ON FORWARD WINDSHIELD. THE PILOT TRACKED LEFT OF CENTER AND MADE CONTACT WITH A LEFT RUNWAY LIGHT. SIDE WINDOW VISIBILITY WAS USED AS THE PILOT CORRECTED WITH RIGHT RUDDER AND ASYMMETRICAL BRAKING RETURNING TO RUNWAY CENTERLINE. THEY CONTINUED GROUND ROLLOUT AND TAXIED IN USING NORMAL AFTER LANDING AND TAXING PROCEDURES.

From the FAA Accident/Incident Data System. Reports are matched to registry aircraft by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry's history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model. For accidents, the NTSB's own investigation is the fuller record.
