FLIGHT 4873 DEPARTED ROA FOR PHL.  DURING CRUISE THE CREW EXPERIENCE THE LOSS OF #2 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM.  THE CREW RAN THE QRH AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY.  FLIGHT 4873 LANDED AT PHL WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO THE GATE.
