THERE WERE FOUR SOULS ON BOARD. VIDEO FROM THE ACCIDENT SHOWS THE AIRCRAFT ATTEMPT TO ROTATE FOR TAKEOFF BUT IT FAILED VIDEO ALSO SHOWS FLAPS UP. WITNESS FROM THE CHP CLOCKED THE AIRCRAFT AT 61 KNOTS. IMC CONDITIONS PREVAILED THAT DAY DUE TO SMOKE. ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ ENLISTED ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ TO FILE IFR THOUGH ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ HAD NO EXPERIENCE IN AN A36. NTSB CALCULATED THE WEIGHT TO BE 4039, AIRCRAFT MAX GROSS WAS 3650, INCREASED TO 4000 DUE TO STC. THE AIRCRAFT WENT OVER AN EMBANKMENT AND OVER PLACER STREET TO THE NORTH. THE AIRCRAFT HIT A TREE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PLACER STREET AND BURST INTO FLAMES. THE OPERATOR OF THE FBO AT BENTON FIELD AIRPORT SERVICED THE AIRCRAFT WITH 38 GALLONS OF FUEL THE DAY BEFORE. THE AIRCRAFT FUSELAGE WAS DESTROYED IN THE FIRE. THE REMAINING PORTIONS WERE COLLECTED AND STORED FOR NTSB INVESTIGATION. MORE DETAILS WILL BE UPDATED AS THEY BECOME AVAILABLE.
